This machine is mainly used for cleaning new glass bottles or hard platic bottles .It can be combined with filling machine, capping machine, conveyor and other packaging production line. And it is widely used in wineries,pharmaceutical factories beverage factories, brewing factories,and other packaging lines.

Fast rinse speed

the bottle and the washing speed is faster.

The mechanical hand stamping parts and casting materials are all made of national standard 304 material, which ensures the corrosion resistance of the material.The manipulator has the characteristics of accurate positioning and easy turnover of the bottle.The Rinser part will wash the bottle automatically, which including the inside and outside surface.

The bottle gear is made from organic polymer materials. It could custom-made by the different bottle type. This part is responsible for take the bottle from bottle gear to mechanical hand. When the washing is finished, it will take the bottle back to the conveyor line.
